Pole Vault Training (Advance)

9’6” or higher (female)

11’6” or higher (male)

Emphasis will be placed on more advanced techniques including inversion and bar clearance, while moving to longer and heavier poles. Off runway work will include slide box, conditioning via weight room circuits and gymnastics/inversion drills.

Pole Vault Training (Intermediate)

6:00pm - 8:30pm

Intermediate vaulters will continue to work on their fundamental skills, learning to bend a pole and begin inverting on the pole. Off runway work will include slide box, conditioning via weight room circuits and gymnastics/inversion drills.

Pole Vault Training (Extra Training Day)

Everyone at 4:30 start time

Thursday

4:30pm - 7:00pm

This day is for those that have opted into the 4 day training plan. This extra training day will consist primarily of gymnastics based training, general strength development and conditioning.

Intro to Athletics

Tuesday

5:00pm-6:00pm

Introduction to the fundamentals of track & field thru fun-based activities designed to provide a solid bio-mechanical base of learning thru play, including: basic sprint mechanics, speed development, stick jumping, free play, obstacle courses and much more.

Speed and Agility 

Tuesday, Thursday

6:30pm - 8:00pm

Athlete will focus training on stride length, stride frequency, and footwork fundamentals with resisted running and speed ladders along with linear speed, agility and vertical jump. Strength development and athletic development are main focuses.

Saturday

10:00am - 12:30pm

Hone your skills, or just come in to have a good time. We offer gymnastics training, pole vault, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and free play! Stay ahead of the game, and prepare for your season in the best facility around!

Private Coaching

By appointment only

Private one on one coaching. Each session is 1.5 hours long with plenty of rest between reps since you are training by yourself. Sessions include: an organized warm up, pit time, and coaching/corrections during the entire duration. Privates are done outside of normal business hours, and are done by appointment only. Video Analysis

In Facility, or Satellite Options

Each video analysis is 1/2 hour long. Video analysis will follow a structured breakdown of the vault (Run, pole drop, jump, inversion, and wrap/turn). In facility analysis will do one on one breakdown with the athlete. Satellite breakdown will require athlete to send video to coaches. Coaches will send back detailed breakdown and video notes for the athlete to see.
